Official Apology letter

Dear Assemble AI Community,

On April 24, Assemble AI was designated as a cautionary stock by DAXA (Bithumb, Coinone, Gopax) in South Korea.

We are currently working to have the cautionary designation lifted and are conducting a re-vote as part of our response.

We sincerely apologize to the community for this unfortunate incident and will establish measures to prevent recurrence, as well as strive to operate the project transparently.

Reasons for designation as a cautionary stock: Virtual asset-related 1) Disclosure of important matters and the extent thereof, 2) Transparency and reasonableness of procedures for changes to the total issuance volume, circulation plan, and business plan of virtual assets, 3) Comprehensive review of the purpose, function, and other aspects of virtual assets, resulting in the determination that certain deficiencies exist, leading to the designation as a watchlist security.
